NEW DELHI: The next time you suspect you are being stalked, calling up the police helpline 1096 may yield better results than in the past. Recognizing that more than 53% of calls received on the newly launched 181 were about stalking, Delhi Police has assured that 1096 will be linked to the police control rooms to ensure speedy action to deter stalkers.
